The WLS400A white light scanning system is one of nine product demonstrations at the event which takes place at the Nuclear AMRC, Rotherham, from September 14th to 15th.

The one-day forum, which follows the same format on both days, also includes guest speakers from Red Bull Racing and the National Physical Laboratory who will talk about time compression technology and 3D optical scanner measurement respectively.

With a broad focus on applications for the aerospace, automotive and general indusry sectors, the seminar will also highlight the inspection and reverse engineering capabilities of Hexagon’s RA7730SE, its most accurate ROMER Absolute portable measuring arm and HP-L-20.8 scanner.

Other products on display are set to include the Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 and Leica Absolute Scanner LAS-20-8, the latest large volume, high accuracy mobile scanning solution for automotive and aeropace component inspection tasks.

“This forum is a fantastic opportunity to keep up-to-date with highly-innovative scanning and automated metrology solutions as well as learn more about how quality can drive productivity,” explains Steve Shickell, regional sales manager for Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence.
