Building on the success of its MyTRUMPF customer portal www.uk.mytrumpf.com, TRUMPF has introduced a number of new digital tools to ensure TRUMPF users get the very best return from their machine investment.
In the MyTRUMPF e-shops, visitors can order punch and press brake tooling and spares 24/7 and benefit from free delivery. From here, TruTops service packs are downloadable and the site also includes a comprehensive technical library containing a wealth of support material. MyTRUMPF is free of charge and available to all TRUMPF customers.
For smart phone and tablet users there are three new mobile apps from TRUMPF. The BendGuide and PunchGuide apps enable machine operators to calculate the relevant process parameters quickly and easily and provide access to tooling catalogues, white papers and brochures. The apps are available in both Android and iOS app stores.
The TruServices Journal app, based on the company’s magazine of the same name, informs users on what’s new in the world of TRUMPF services. It serves as a rich source of hints, tips and advice on best practice for daily work with their TRUMPF equipment.
