Let Addison tube bend to your manufacturing needs

Tube bending machinery event- 8th-10th November 2016
Secure your place today

addison-es-websiteIf your manufacturing processes involve tube bending or end forming, make sure you put Addison Tube’s tube bending event in your diary.

Taking place from 8th to 10th November at Addison Saw’s Stourbridge showrooms, the event offers the perfect opportunity to see several machines from leading manufacturer CSM, with several available for demonstration.

CSM tube benders range from basic 3-axis hydraulic models to highly sophisticated 11-axis all-electric machines. CSM’s 100TDRE-RBE 5-axis electric hybrid model, for example, is rapidly making a name for itself, thanks to its ability to produce the tightest radius thin-wall 1xD bends on large diameter stainless steel tube, a requirement that is increasingly being demanded by exhaust manufacturers.

Machine demonstrations
In terms of quality, value for money, technology and capability, Addison Tube believes that CSM machines take some beating. Models available for demonstration (the model number represents the maximum tube diameter) include:

18TDRE: CNC electric is ideal for air-con, automotive, hydraulics etc.

38TSR: CNC hydraulic is ideal for general-purpose bending and furniture manufacture

50TBRE: CNC electric is extremely versatile double-stack push bender, suited to many applications

80TSR-RBH: CNC hydraulic is ideal exhaust bender. Rear boost gives tight 1xD bending on thin wall material

On display, will be the latest aluminium machining centres from Mecal. Saws from Mecal, Tronzadoras and Pressa Eisele will also be one show as well as a huge choice of steel cutting equipment.
